While the actual percentage of voter turn out is still devastatingly low (only about half of eligible voters cast a ballot in Cass County), the numbers of younger voters do seem promising.
By just 54 votes, those under 44 years old beat those over! In fact, the number one demographic to vote in Cass County: 25-34 years old.
