It just goes to show that there is no downtime at Trollwood Performing Arts School. Doesn’t it seem like just yesterday “Hello, Dolly!” was lighting up the stage? Well tell your kids and get your co-workers to chip in for tickets because the 2019 Trollwood summer musical is being announced.
The show, “Disney’s Freaky Friday” is making it’s regional debut and features a story that the folks at Disney have told THREE separate times on film and tv. Starting in the 1970s, who doesn’t remember a young Jodie Foster and Barbara Harris and then thirty years later they retold the story with Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan. Most recently, they adapted the story to the stage and made a Disney Channel Original movie that featured songs like “Just One Day,’ “Oh, Biology” and “”Women and Sandwiches”
