The folks at the
National Day Calendar
, which was started right here in North Dakota, are prepping a new television show and they want YOU to be the featured guest. On Saturday, August 25th, you could get a starring role by showing up to downtown Fargo.
Cortnee Jensen and the folks at the National Day Calendar want you “celebrate every day” and they are spreading their message via television. This Saturday, you can show up to
Sandy’s Donuts
in downtown Fargo, ND and tell them about your love of donuts. A funny donut story or how your grandmother would get up before the rooster crowed to make donuts when you were visiting.
From there, they will take to the streets of downtown Fargo and look for the most unique sunglasses. Made of wood? Belonged to a celebrity? Bought them after seeing ‘Top Gun’ or any other reason that makes your shades the coolest ones in town – the National Day Calendar folks want to know! For example, JJ is pulling out a sweet pair he got at Pizza Hut during the promotion for Back to the Future 2. Pretty wild stuff.

Stretch out your funny bone – they want to hear some jokes. Dad jokes, Ole and Lena jokes, knock knock jokes and especially kid jokes. Get little Mikey or Sally ready for their big debut. Punchlines can be delivered by anyone of any age.
Lastly, the producers and film crew will head down to Island Park to participate in the Island Park Craft Fair. Arts, painting, drawing and creativity will lead an episode of this high energy production!
