In this episode, you will hear Joel talk about how the building blocks of his products are coming from local growers, the work is being done onsite, there are local folks employed to help with everything from bottling to their AMAZING food (shout out to Chef Jud!). The bottles come from a specialty shop outside the area and that is about it. When you take a closer look at some of the other national companies – very little stays in our local economy.
