I’m Aruna Girdhar Hagen, and I’ve had the privilege of helping people find their homes in the Fargo-Moorhead area since 2008. With over 17 years of experience, my focus is always on serving my clients with care, integrity, and dedication. I work year-round to guide individuals and families through the home buying, selling, and building process—making sure they feel supported every step of the way.
I’ve been fortunate to be featured on HGTV’s House Hunters multiple times, which allowed me to show people just how much I love helping them find the perfect home. What really drives me, though, is giving back. I’m deeply committed to affordable housing and have received the Champion of Affordable Housing Award several times. I also teach free first-time homebuyer classes, giving people the tools they need to confidently step into homeownership.
For me, real estate is about much more than transactions; it’s about helping others create a place where memories are made. I’m fluent in English and Hindi, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of people. I love being a trusted guide in this journey and look forward to helping even more people find the home of their dreams.
I’m Poonam Budhiraja, a dedicated Realtor serving the Fargo-Moorhead area since 2012. I hold a double major in broadcast journalism and film production from Minnesota State University of Moorhead, which has honed my communication skills and ability to connect with others effectively.

Growing up in India, where real estate was a family business, I developed a deep passion for helping others achieve the American dream of homeownership.
