BISMARCK, ND (KFGO) – OSHA has cited Columbia Grain International after an employee died when he was buried under corn in July at its Arvilla, North Dakota grain elevator.
OSHA says the company failed to follow a number of safety standards and proposes $190,000 in fines.
Columbia Grain International has 15 days to comply with the citation, request a conference with OSHA’s area director or contest the fine.
