FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – What looked like a demolition derby was the result of a drunk driver who swerved off a Fargo roadway and struck about a half dozen cars in the parking lot of Altimate Auto Sales, a used car dealership at the corner of Main Avenue and 18th Street early Sunday.
Police tell KFGO News the driver was taken to the hospital to be checked out and arrested for DUI. He was taken to the Cass County Jail and later released on bond. Some of the vehicles struck were heavily damaged.
