FARGO (KFGO) – One of the largest open retail locations in Fargo may soon have a tenant. Cityscapes Development says the sale of the former Gander Mountain store along 43rd St. south of I-94, is pending.
A source with the company says its hoped the sale is finalized within 60 days.
Gander Mountain closed in the spring of 2017 and there were indications that it would reopen under the name Gander Outdoors.
