The 2019 lawsuit filed against the Spiritwood Energy Park Association by North Dakota Soybean Processors has been settled to the satisfaction of both parties and dismissed with prejudice.
Spiritwood Energy Park Association Chief Executive Officer Connie Ova says they are very pleased to have the matter settled.
Ova adds SEPA can now focus their full attention on building North Dakota’s first soybean processing facility.
The 551-acre industrial park is located approximately 10 miles east of Jamestown, North Dakota.
