ULEN, Minn. (KFGO) – The Clay County Sheriff’s Office, along with other first responders, was dispatched to a report of a Motor Vehicle Crash at approximately 11:43 P.M. yesterday in the area of the 18000 block of 250th Street North, which is northwest of the city of Ulen in rural Clay County. First responders were informed that CPR was in progress on one of the people involved.
Ulen Rescue and Ulen Fire arrived on scene, and they continued with lifesaving efforts. Sanford Ambulance and Sanford Air-med arrived on scene and began performing advanced lifesaving efforts. The male subject involved was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
This is an ongoing investigation, and no other information will be released at this time. The names of those involved will be released at a later date. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol, Ulen Fire, Ulen Rescue, Sanford Ambulance, Sanford Airmed, Norman County Dispatch Center, and the Red River Regional Dispatch Center.
