POPE COUNTY, MINN. (KFGO) – The Pope County, Minnesota Sheriff’s Office says multiple tips from the National Center of Missing and Exploited Children have led to the arrest of a man on numerous felony charges of child pornography.
The Sheriff’s Office says after a months-long investigation, they were able to determine the person responsible lived in Long Beach, Minnesota.
On March, 22nd, sheriff’s deputies with search warrants, arrested 51-year-old Patrick Baker without incident.
Baker appeared in Pope County Court in Glenwood on Monday. He faces seven felony charges of possession of child pornography;
Two felony charges of use of minors in sexual performance/pornographic work, two felony charges of interference with the privacy of a minor, and one gross misdemeanor charge of interference of a person over 18.
Baker is being held on a $100,000 conditional release non-cash bond or a $500,000 unconditional release of bail or bond.
