DULUTH, Minn. (KFGO/KDAL) – A 41-year-old Duluth man wanted for murder was arrested in Duluth Wednesday.
The Lake Superior Violent Offender Task Force arrested Dean Stauffer on several warrants, including 3rd degree murder, drug possession, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Stauffer’s murder charge was from August of last year. He’s accused of selling drugs to Timothy Baker in March, leading to his death.
Stauffer has 18 open cases in St. Louis County and was uncooperative during his initial contact with officers.
