BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – A former Bismarck lawmaker and the leader of an initiative to eliminate local property taxes is running for North Dakota’s congressional seat.
Rick Becker made the announcement Monday morning.
Becker served in the North Dakota legislature for ten years, beginning in the 2013 session. He previously ran for the US Senate and governor.
Republican Congressman Kelly Armstrong has said that he plans to run again for the US House.
