For some reason, I’ve heard a lot of millennials around here at KFGO, (Amy, Tyler, JJ, etal,) talking about Toto’s 1982 hit song “Africa.”
I was a Top 40 DJ back then and played it so many times it’s another one of those good old oldies that make me blanch, (but only when I hear it.) However, I found something on You Tube that I didn’t mind. In fact, I was quite amazed and pleased by this church groups version of it. (See, I told you Trump was making me more religious.)
It starts out quietly. Like a rainstorm starts.
Caution: You don’t need to crank the volume. Really. It starts quietly.
