Neil Carlson and his camera was in Fertile Minnesota today. He notified us that a welcome home is planned for Jon Hovde tonight.
They think he and Darlene will be back between 8 and 9pm. He’s coming home from the Mayo Clinic where he was diagnosed with a cancer in his pancreas.
It’s another battle our warrior friend from Fertile has undergone since 1968.
Our Viet Nam vet friend, who touched thousands with the retelling of his tale, will be home and his hometown wants to reach out to the entire family. The streets are lined with flags and hundreds will greet him on his
