HORACE, N.D. (KFGO) – A 51-year-old man was arrested for DUI and DUI refusal Saturday morning after a crash two miles east of Horace.
According to the Highway Patrol, John Lingo of Hitchcock, Texas was driving south on 45th Street just before 2 a.m. when he lost control of his pickup. The pickup entered the east ditch and hit a mailbox. Lingo overcorrected and then drove into the west ditch where the pickup rolled into a residential yard in the 7900 block. .
Lingo was not hurt in the crash.
The crash is under investigation.
