HASTINGS, MN – A Burnsville man is sentenced to 25-and-a-half years in prison for a fatal shooting outside an Eagan station in December 2021.
A Dakota County jury convicted Sakaria Osman Ahmed of second-degree murder for the killing of 33-year-old Faisal Abukar.
Investigators say Abukar and another man got into an argument over the positioning of car seats in a vehicle.
A witness told police that the situation escalated and Ahmed got out of the car and shot Abukar.
