MINNEAPOLIS – Nearly five million candles are being recalled by Minneapolis-based Target in response to reports of jars breaking and potentially causing burns and cuts.
Target is urging customers who purchased Threshold candles to stop using them and return them for a refund. Target said the recalled candles were sold between August 2019 and this March.
Federal safety officials said the company received 137 reports of broken jars and at least six injuries.
