DEVILS LAKE, N.D. – The Devils Lake Police Department said formal charges are pending against a 35-year-old man following an incident early Thursday morning in which the man threw a screwdriver at his girlfriend.
According to police, the man attacked his girlfriend causing various injuries. Police said the incident happened at an apartment building near downtown.
A felony aggravated assault charge is pending.
