(KFGO/KNFL) The Minnesota Section 8AA Boys Hockey final between Moorhead and Roseau was postponed on Wednesday due to weather and no school in Moorhead. The game will be played on Thursday and has been moved to East Grand Forks with a 7:00 PM faceoff.
The game was scheduled for Ralph Engelstad Arena in Thief River Falls, but the Section 8A final between East Grand Forks and Warroad is being played there on Thursday, which prompted the change of venue.
The North Dakota State Girls Hockey Tournament starts Thursday at the MAYSA Arena in Minot. It’s the first year that the tournament is being held solo and not in conjunction with the boys’ tournament.
- Noon: #1 Fargo Davies vs. #8 Bismarck Century
- 2:30: #4 West Fargo United vs. #5 Minot
- 5:30: #2 North-South vs. #7 Grand Forks
- 8:00: #3 Mandan vs. #6 Bismarck High/Legacy
Semifinals are Friday, with the place games on Saturday.
