(Minnesota Vikings) EAGAN, Minn. — The Vikings and Bears will close the 2022 regular season at noon (CT) Sunday on FOX, the NFL announced Monday afternoon.
The league left all Week 18 games to be announced to try to match time slots for teams with connected fates but opted for having Minnesota (12-4) and Chicago (3-13) start at Soldier Field in the first window Sunday.
The Vikings still have a remote shot at the No. 2 seed, but only if San Francisco (12-4) loses at home to Arizona (4-12). Minnesota’s game will conclude before the 49ers and Cardinals hit the field in the Bay Area. San Francisco is aligned with games involving Philadelphia and Dallas because any of those three teams could still wind up with the NFC’s No. 1 seed.
