Valley City Students Design Ornaments on White House Christmas Tree

It was an exciting surprise phone call for the Valley City Public Schools Art Instructor, Stephani Krueger… she was being called up to make ornaments for a White House Christmas tree. And, even more special, is that the ornaments were to represent what makes North Dakota beautiful.
