SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Singapore-based ground handling services firm SATS Ltd said on Wednesday it is buying Worldwide Flight Services from an affiliate of investment firm Cerberus Capital Management, L.P. (Cerberus) for 1.187 billion euros ($1.14 billion) in cash.
