“The West Fargo Police Department does not tolerate bias or racially divisive materials that seeks to cause divides between residents of our community,” West Fargo Police Chief Denis Otterness said.
Otterness said his department would continue to investigate to ensure that the city remains safe and welcoming for all residents.
