MINNEAPOLIS – A 28-year-old man was fatally shot during an after-hours party in downtown Minneapolis early Sunday. The victim died at the hospital.
Police say an argument at the party happened before shots rang out. There are no arrests.
It was the 68th reported homicide in Minneapolis this year.
