Winnipeg, MB- Logan Hill hit the go ahead and game winning home run in the bottom of the 8th inning of of RedHawks pitcher Luke Lind to secure a 7-6 win on Saturday night at Shaw Park.
Winnipeg had a 5-1 lead after just the 1st inning, but the ‘Hawks fought back with home runs from Drew Ward (2), Sam Dexter(1) Kevonte Mitchell(1) and the game tying home run from John Silviano (2) in the top of the 8th inning.
The RedHawks go for the series win in the rubber match against the Goldeyes Sunday afternoon. You can hear it on 740 The Fan and 107.3 FM pregame is on the air at 12:40pm.
