Rep. Jim Hagedorn (R-MN)
BISMARK, N.D. – Flags will be flown at half staff today in Minnesota in honor of Congressman Jim Hagedorn who died late this week.
The first district republican had long battled kidney cancer. He was 59-years-old. Minnesota GOP party chair David Hahn noted in a statement that Hagedorn, “lived a legacy of service to our state and our country.”
His fellow Minnesota Republicans Tom Emmer, Michelle Fischbach, and Pete Stauber said in a statement that Hagedorn represents the people of his district with “unwavering passion and unshakeable joy.”
