BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – The wife of Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem says he died of a heart attack.
The 68-year-old Republican was found unresponsive in his Bismarck home last Friday morning. He died several hours later.
The statement from Beth Stenehjem said her husband died of cardiac arrest and associated effects.
She also thanked first responding police officers, firefighters, paramedics and emergency room personnel and doctors at Sanford Health-Bismarck.
