VALLEY CITY, N.D. (KFGO) – A Valley City man has been arrested for suspected child abuse.
Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher said a school resource officer began the investigation with assistance from Buffalo Ridges Human Services.
Raul Fuentes is accused of assaulting the child at a home in Valley City. Fuentes was arrested for felony child abuse.
