BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – Former North Dakota US Attorney Drew Wrigley has decided that he will run for attorney general.
KFGO News reported that Wrigley was considering the race after Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem announced that he would not seek a seventh term.
Wrigley, a Republican, is 56 and served as US Attorney twice. He was also lieutenant governor when Jack Dalrymple was governor.
Also considering the race is East Central District Judge Wade Webb of Fargo.
