BLAINE, MN – Blaine police are investigating a complaint filed by an elderly couple last week against an Instacart shopper.
They say the shopper drove over their groceries after dumping them on the driveway. The driver may have done it in response to a pro-law enforcement sign, posted on the couple’s front yard. They say they found a derogatory message left inside their Christmas wreath.
Police say charges are likely to be filed against the 36-year-old suspect from Coon Rapids, including disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
