ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Police in St. Cloud are investigating after three Salvation Army Red Kettles were stolen over the last week and a half.
Officials say two kettles were removed with bolt cutters and one was taken while still attached to a stand and sign.
The fundraising campaign accounts for more than a third of the annual goal for the Salvation Army.
