Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
And 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
Pre-heat grill for direct heat at 450°.
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Sprinkle over the chicken breasts, and be sure to use it all.
Grill chicken breasts 4-5 min per side until the internal temp reaches 175°. Let sit tented under foil for 15-30 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute thru the meat. Then chop and serve on torillas with shredded cheese, chopped onions and salsa.
