MOORETON, ND (KFGO) – The man killed in a roll-over crash in Richland County Thursday has been identified. The state patrol says 54-year-old Scott Hoggarth, of Jamestown, crashed around 10p.m. Thursday on County road 1, a mile North of Mooreton.
Hoggarth was negotiating a curve when his pickup went off the roadway into a ditch, struck a field approach, and rolled. He died on the scene, and was not wearing a seatbelt.
