MINOT, N.D. (KFGO) – A fatal crash on a parking lot at The North Dakota State Fair in Minot.
The driver of an off-highway vehicle swerved and struck a parked vehicle Sunday morning around 12:40.
The driver, Jamie Scott, 42, died at the scene and a passenger, 41-year old Colleen Scott, was seriously injured. Both victims are from Mandan and were ejected.
The State Fair had just wrapped up Saturday night with a concert.
