ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Sheriff’s officials say they’re investigating a death in Stearns County.
69-year-old Gary Granquist says sheriff’s deputies informed him they found the body of a woman on his property in St. Stephen.
“I heard like a shot or maybe a firework or something. It’s very strange for this to happen out here in the country,” said Granquist.
He says he wasn’t told how the woman died, but that she was found dead in a ditch.
