FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man has been charged for the beating and stabbing of a 14-year-old girl outside a 13th Avenue South strip mall last Friday morning.
23-year-old Arthur Kollie is charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault and robbery.
The girl, Jupiter Paulsen, was the victim of a random attack according to her father. He says she was stabbed more than 20 times while she was riding a skateboard to her mother’s home before she went to work.
The father says she was beaten, strangled and stabbed. Monday afternoon, her father said she was not expected to survive.
