GRAND FORKS – Fargo Davies won their first state girls hockey championship in school history with a 3-2 win over Fargo North/South on Saturday.
Davies junior Kaylie Zimmerman scored the game-winning goal with 2:23 left to play in the third period.
Kennedy Cook made 21 saves for the Eagles.
