Joshua Hoelanderson Horace, ND
FARGO (KFGO) – The man who stood off against Police and Red River Valley SWAT this morning has been identified. Joshua O. Hoelanderson was tailgating an officer on 13th Ave. S. shortly before 4 a.m. The officer thought he needed assistance and pulled over. Hoelanderson then exited his vehicle to confront the officer and tried to keep the officer from getting out of his squad car. Hoelanderson said he was planning to retrieve a gun from his car.
