Rufus is a rescue dog, missing since 8 AM Jan 4th from the area of Urban Plains Apartments along Veterans in South Fargo/West Fargo. Rufus is mostly black with some brown and white fur with a white tipped tail. He has not been with his new owner for very long so may be a little confused on where “home” is.
