The Fargo Park Board will be considering an agreement tonight with the developers of the Block 9 project in downtown Fargo.
Fargo Park District Executive Director Joel Vettel says this is a partnership 2 years in the making and could offer up a lot of opportunities to the city.
While the Fargo Park District will not incur the cost of the construction, they will incur the cost of staffing, maintenance, security and all other aspects of programming for the plaza. With, as Vettel notes, some financial protections built in.
IN THIS PODCAST: Vettel joins Amy & JJ to explain the partnership.
