While population is moving to “urban” areas of the state, Millennials could buck the trend over the next few decades. As high speed internet becomes more readily available and they desire to raise a family in a simpler and smaller community, rural parts of North Dakota could gain population…
But, what will ultimately keep us relevant? We feed people. And as Borlaug says, “we’ll always need to eat.”
