Jessica Baumgartner, an Occupational Therapist at ProRehab, joins It Takes 2 to talk about an initiative through the state of North Dakota, which helps businesses prevent injuries.
The WSI Ergonomic Initiative Program
North Dakota has implemented a program – that is state and grant funded – to provide ergonomic services to all North Dakota employers who have been in business for at least 1 year.
The program covers 75% of the cost for training, assessments, follow-up visits and assistance with grant writing.
Education, such as presentations, are covered 100%! And, is open to all businesses, including office, industrial, construction, manufacturing and healthcare.
Complete the simple on page employer application form available on the WSI Website
, and once it is approved, you may choose the vendor (like ProRehab) of your choice.
