David Torgerson
FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police arrested David James Torgerson Thursday for vehicular manslaughter in the vehicle-pedestrian collision that killed an Alexandria, Minnesota man.
The crash happened on September 11th in 1000 block of 42nd St. S.
Shanyell Headswift was originally identified as the driver of the SUV and arrested for vehicular homicide, hindering law enforcement and giving police false information. Alcohol was a factor.
Police learned that the driver was Torgerson. He was located by the Metro Street Crimes Unit and taken to the Cass County Jail.
