Lawns – if you are looking to power rake, Dave has some tips on the right time as well as some information on lawn mold that people may see. If you have vole damage, Dave can also tell you have to spot the right area and not to panic because you see damage. Weed & Feed questions also get answered.
Honeyberries – a popular berry for our neck of the woods. Good and hearty, similar to blueberries. Dave (along with super fan and master gardener Kay) provide some tips to those looking to ad some of these plants to their garden. Netting required if you plan to eat the berries and not just feed the birds of the area. Plus, planting blueberries nearby is the pro tip for pollination.
Horseradish – a texter asks about establishing horseradish from wild replant versus something they bought at a green house. Side tip, if you want your horseradish to be a little bit spicier – chop it and then let it sit for 5 minutes before adding the vinegar/salt. This will allow the oxygen to kick up the heat!
