If it’s been a few months since you’ve swung a club… you’re not alone.
In this podcast: Lisa Schwinden, Osgood Golf Pro, joins Amy & JJ to talk about the upcoming season.
With Fargo courses opening soon, Schwinden says first things first, find your clubs! (Inspect the clubs, grips… and empty the bag!)
Start slow; take a lesson
And while it’s ‘normal’ to have low expectations and feel like your golf game is great for the first handful of rounds, a lesson is always good (at any level). Schwinden says it’s an important step if you want to get better. Getting a lesson in early, could save you a lot of frustration mid-season.
Hesitant after an injury?
If you had a surgery or an injury in your ‘off season’, and are hesitant to swing, you are not alone. Be sure to set up a private lesson. The one-on-one with a professional can ensure you don’t hurt yourself (or your game)!
April 22, 2019 Update:
