Directly east of the West Fargo Sports Arena will be the home of Epic Companies’ “The Lights at Sheyenne 32.” Two buildings, a plaza and a parking ramp. It Takes Two with Amy and JJ had the great opportunity to broadcast LIVE from their groundbreaking. Hear from the folks behind the scenes about the plans that will kick off in January 2020 with The Lights!
The Plaza:
Planned for the western side of the development, a plaza space will be the future home of community events and concerts. With room for up to 3,000 – West Fargo Events have a dream space to book bands, shows and almost anything else you can imagine. Mike Amundson speaks with IT2 about the plans, and while he can’t give anything specific away, he noted that you should clear the calendar for June 2020 for the first concert in the new plaza. It promises to b
e an event people will be talking about for a long time to come!
The Ramp:
Included with the development will be the first parking ramp in West Fargo. The ability to hold 400 vehicles makes it the perfect addition to an ever growing section of town. A skyway will connect the ramp with the buildings and provide needed parking for the events on the plaza or the crowds who already use the West Fargo Sports Arena. 
The Buildings:
Bell Bank has already inked a deal to take space in the second of two buildings. Each will include living space on the top floors. Some units will even be two stories! The element of “living” is something that Epic Companies have put a lot of time and care into planning these mixed use spaces. The first units will be available in early 2020, with the others to follow quickly after. You will also see a restaurant, offices and meeting space. Mixed use means that you can live, work and play within a 3 minute walk!
