FARGO (KFGO) – Former Cass County Commissioner Ken Pawluk is returning to the five-member commission, to fill out the term of Vern Bennett, who died late last month.
Pawluk was among three people that the commission considered for the appointment. The others were Jim Kapitan, a one-time city employee and former Hector International Airport Mgr. along with former state lawmaker Ben Hanson of West Fargo.
Pawluk served three four-year terms on the commission.
