MOORHEAD (KFGO-KVRR) — We have an update on the progress being made in Moorhead’s Downtown district.
According to Downtown Moorhead Inc., work is nearly complete on the old city hall building.
They plan on moving city workers and staff back into the building sometime in November. They are currently working out of the FM Center, located across the street from The Loop, also known as the Moorhead Public Library.
After city workers have moved back, the FM Center building, which is privately owned, will be renovated back into the Fredrick Martin Hotel with plans on building a restaurant on its top floor.
