Elijah Blue Baumann was born on February 15, 2002, in Fargo, ND to Jessica and Jake Baumann. He grew up in the Fargo Moorhead area where he attended school. He met Turquoise in 2019, and they have been together since, raising their two children together, Isaiah Blue and Elijah Jay.
Elijah worked for SKS Concrete for the past five years. He was a hard worker who enjoyed his work and the people he worked with. It takes special skills to do concrete work and Elijah was good at it. In the winter months he would help with snow removal.
He was a good dad and loved his time with his kids. In his spare time, he enjoyed gaming and spending time with his family and friends. Elijah had a passion for fast cars and driving fast. He loved his family and friends very much and would do anything for them. He was a great man and a great father.
He is survived by his significant other, Turquoise St. Claire of Moorhead, MN; his two children, Isaiah and Elijah Baumann; his mother, Jessica Baumann of Fargo; his father, Jake Baumann of Fargo; his two sisters, Layla Anderson of Fargo and Miliana Baumann of Fargo; his grandparents, Rosemary Robb of Fargo, Linda Boom of Bismarck, ND, and Ronald Sawyer of Washington; and his aunts, Jasmin Goulet, Delilah Robb, Jacquelyn Sawyer and Misty Baumann. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Jordan Kuchera; and great grandmother, Cecelia Houle.
Elijah Baumann died on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at Essentia Hospital in Fargo, ND.
The Memorial Service for Elijah will be held on Friday, October 2, 2026 at 2 PM in Korsmo Funeral and Cremation Service, Moorhead.
A Reception will be held after the Memorial Service, from 5 – 8 PM, at the Lights Event Center in West Fargo.
